Fees

Fees for the university courses are posted on the CMB website, Course Fees link. Assiniboine Community College and Red River College course fees are provided to Campus Manitoba, and are also posted on the colleges’ websites for the appropriate program. There is an additional $10.00 student services fee payable by the student for each college course registration. College tuition is paid at the time of registration; university tuition is paid prior to class commencement or within the published deadlines from the Course Fees link on the CMB website. Sponsored students must provide a letter confirming sponsorship which is scanned into the CMB system prior to registrations being processed. Tuition payments may be made online through the “Make Payment” link in the CMB system or to the centre coordinator. Students may make payment directly to Brandon University within the required deadlines. Registrations will be cancelled for non-payment. Centre coordinators will be sent lists of balances owing at the end of September and the end of January, and will also be informed of any registrations cancelled for non-payment.

University of Manitoba online or independent study courses that are being combined with CMB courses must be registered for through the University of Manitoba’s Aurora system. Note that prior to registering, the student must contact Distance and Online Education Student Services to remove the CMB registration block. The students must provide name and student number, and information as to the course name, course number and section for which he/she intends to register. Students must register for college courses by the 20th of the preceding month for a first of next month start date. Red River College fees include texts unless stated otherwise. Texts and course materials are mailed directly to the student. Assiniboine Community College texts are an additional cost. The ACC books are purchased directly from the ACC bookstore, and the books and materials are mailed directly to the student. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that registrations meet program requirements and that the required prerequisites have been met, or that an authorized prerequisite waiver from the instructor or faculty has been obtained. Online versions of the general calendars may be found on the institutions’ websites.
