Application for Admission

New applicants must have a valid email address and Social Insurance Number. If necessary, they must provide a Manitoba Education and Training number (MET - usually found on the high school transcript), proof of name change, date of birth, student number(s) from any previous application to a post-secondary institution, and a Certificate of Acceptance if an application was made directly to a Manitoba post-secondary institution.

Students may complete the online application from the Class Registration Login section of the CMB website independently or with the assistance of the coordinator. Students wishing to apply independently will need to get a username and password from their coordinator.

The account creation link is found in the Staff section of the CMB website by logging in with the centre username and password and selecting the Administration link. It is the coordinator’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the application and to review and request appropriate documentation from the student.

If the student is not able to obtain a high school transcript within his/her school division, transcripts may be requested in writing from the Province of Manitoba, Department of Education as follows:

Department of Education
Student Records
Box 700
Russell, MB R0J 1W0
Ph: 1-800-667-2378
Fax: 204-773-2411

There will be a charge to order a transcript.
